 »  I was unaware of Telly''s vast acting experience, nevermind the albums. He was always Kojak to me. So good looking and classy. I never liked his taste in "dames," though. The only other role I knew him in was that really weird guy in The Dirty Dozen. I just got his albums: "Telly" and "Telly Savalas" and of course I had to order the complete series of Kojak. Definitely going to catch him in his other roles. What got my interest renewed was when I saw him recently in "The Birdman of Alcatraz." I didn''t know it was him until he smiled, and I was just amazed that he barely looked and sounded like Kojak. It seems I have good taste in actors. Thanks for the site.
